Global CIO, the international IT leadership community, invites you to the online workshop “Creative Thinking as a Leadership Tool for Global IT Leaders,” hosted within the CIO Compass initiative.

In the fast-paced, complex world of global IT, technical expertise alone is no longer enough. Today’s IT leaders must think creatively to solve problems, drive innovation, and lead agile teams through constant transformation.

This high-impact workshop equips global IT professionals with creative thinking strategies that enhance leadership effectiveness. Through dynamic tools like the SCAMPER method and collaborative design exercises, participants will discover how to apply creativity as a powerful leadership tool.
