I’ve been a member of the CIO Compass club for two years, and this experience has been very valuable for me. The speakers choose interesting and relevant topics, and the format of interaction with participants allows not just listening to theory, but applying the knowledge to your current situation, which helps adjust strategy.

I like materials from leading industry leaders and competent specialists that help in work. It’s like a 'phone a friend' that’s always available. For example, once after a meeting with the CEO I felt really down — I urgently needed to justify the IT department’s effectiveness. But I found an excellent article here and it became clear how to act.

I enjoy talks that focus on real implementation stories. These are leaders in their fields who openly share what worked and what didn’t. I can’t always attend live sessions, so I really appreciate having access to the recordings.
